Please Read ALL Conditions Carefully:

Entries close Wednesday 14 October 2009
(unless otherwise stated in schedule)

Late Entries will NOT be accepted after
4.00pm Wednesday, 14th October 2009.

It is your responsibility as an exhibitor to know the rules/regulations
applicable to the section you are entering into.

Entry forms may be submitted only in the following ways (see:

1. In person at the Ofice at Gloucester Park, before the close of entry date.

2. Via mail, before the close of entry date.

All Exhibits must have exhibit card

Exhibits in Section D - X
are able to be collected after 4.00 pm
Saturday 17 October 2009 and NOT before.

Receipt of Entry to be presented to steward before collection.
