Entries close Wednesday 12th October at 4pm.  NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED. 

Benching Times:All exhibits to be delivered to the exhibition hall from 10am – 12pm on Thursday October 13th .If delivery cannot b made at this time please contact the steward to arrange a time.Exhibits are not to be removed before 4.30pm Saturday.  
Awards:  Stocker Preston Trophy - $100 for most outstanding entry.Margaret River Timber and HardwareTrophy - $100 voucher for most points.Station Road Picture Framing & Art StudioTrophy - $50 voucher for most popular entry (people’s choice).Tassell Park Wines Trophy – wine gift pack for “Most Promising Artist”  (encouragement)Arts Margaret River - Adult Cinema pass for two for most innovative or original work.
Regulations:
  • Entries are not to have been previously entered in the Margaret River Show.
  • Entries are limited to one artwork per class; however there is no limit to the number of classes entered.
  • Exhibits must be the work of one individual.
  •  Exhibits must be deemed suitable for family viewing and the steward has full right of censorship.
  • ALL paintings, drawings etc, can either be framed or mounted, but must be made suitable for hanging with the cord put on properly and securely for hanging.  Any paintings not presented in this way will not be hung or shown.  Exhibits should be no larger than 150cm x 150cm.
  • Diptych and triptych works should be entered as one single entry.
  • All artwork is to have a white card attached with clear tape to the bottom right hand side of the work, facing the front, so that the card hangs below the picture frame, with the name of the artwork, the artist's name, and the price (or NFS if not for sale).
  • Sculpture and 3D entries must be installed by the artist and a plinth, solid stand or table supplied by the artist for viewing at least 40cm from the floor.
  • Where points totals result in equal amounts, or only one exhibit is entered in a class, prizes are to be distributed at the judges discretion
  • People with disabilities are welcome to enter any class as well as class 15, no age or ability limits apply in the Art Section
