Benching Times:

All exhibits to be left at the show office by 9.30am Friday, 16^th October. 

Exhibits are not to be removed before 4.30pm Saturday. 

Awards:

Arts Margaret River Award most original work in 16 & under, 13 & under and 9 & under section - free children's passes for Margaret River Cinema.

Cowaramup Newsagency Award for encouragement in the under 5 & under art section - $10 voucher

Deanne Haddow Trophy for judge's choice in each age group - art gift packs.

Mr B Warby Trophy for most points gained in each section

Regulations:

• All entries to be the child's own work. 
• Name, age and (optional) title of artwork should be written on a white card and attached with clear tape to the bottom right hand side of each entry, facing the front, so that the card hangs below the picture frame.  
• Entries are not to have been previously entered in the Margaret River Show.
• Drawings and paintings must be on paper or card so that they can be pinned up on a display board.
• Mounting on coloured card is acceptable and encouraged.  Mounted and stretched canvas is also acceptable; however FRAMED WORK IS NOT PERMITTED IN THE CHILDREN'S ART SECTION.
•  Sculpture and 3D entries must be on a platform, base or stand for ease of movement and display.
• Where points totals result in equal amounts, prizes to be distributed at the judges discretion.
