BENCHING TIMES
All exhibits are to be benched by 9.30am Friday 21 October, 2011.
Exhibits
are not to be removed before 4.00pm Saturday 22 October. Prize money
will be available
for collection from the office after 3.30pm Saturday.
SPECIAL REGULATIONS
1. Entries must be in clear glass containers, Vacola, clip top or jam jars of reasonable size
(not too small).
2. Contents of entries 8 - 30 to
be written on a plain label and placed on the side of the
jar/bottle.
3. Exhibit cards to be attached with a rubber band.
4.
No commercial list/labels to be visible.
5. No material covers allowed.
