BENCHING TIMES

All exhibits to be left at the show office by 4.00pm Wednesday 19th October 2011.

Exhibits are not to be removed before 4.00pm Saturday 22 October. Prize money will

be available for collection from the office after 3.30pm Saturday.

SPECIAL REGULATIONS

Exhibits in this section are not for sale.

Exhibits restricted to amateurs.

The Society, steward or judges will not be held responsible for the loss of, or damage

to, any exhibit or entry form, nor shall they be responsible for any exhibit entered in

the incorrect class.

Each exhibit to consist of one (1) 750ml bottle of wine with a maximum of one bottle

of each variety per entry, not necessarily one bottle per class (i.e.: an exhibitor may

have more than one entry in say ‘Fruit' classes as long as each bottle is made from a

different variety or type of fruit.

The Chief Steward and/or judge may transfer an entry into another class if it is considered

to be wrongly entered.

The judge may disqualify an entry if it is considered to be falsely represented.

When an exhibit does not conform to schedule, it will not be judged.

Where only one exhibit is entered in a class the prize is at the discretion of the judge.

Exhibitors to mark on exhibit cards if made from purchased kit or own ingredients.
